Cancellation Policy
Deposit is required for your appointment and will be applied to your service the day of.
LATE POLICY: Please notify me immediately if you are running late. I have a 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. Otherwise your appointment may be rescheduled/canceled and you will be charged 50% of service . NO SHOWS | SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS OR FAILING TO CANCEL 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE will result in being charged 50% of the service. PLEASE BE RESPONSIBLE! If you are showing any symptoms of illness or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 please cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance. Failing to do so will result in a 50% payment for the service you would have received. Please do not bring any extra people or children to your appointment unless they are also scheduled to be seen.
